• UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED.

• All items in an order ship together, so expect a delay if your shipment includes a preorder. 

• IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO US AS UNDELIVERABLE, PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NEED TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES TO RE-SEND THE PACKAGE.
• WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST EN ROUTE.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Occasionally customers received items that are damaged or defective. Please contact merch@empi.re with your order # and a description of the issue (preferably with photos), and we will likely send a replacement.

CUSTOMS FEES
International shipments are subject to customs fees, we wish they weren't, but unfortunately we don't make the rules. We are unable to anticipate these charges, and our shipping costs do not take them into account. As a result, the customer is solely responsible for any fees paid upon receipt. Thanks for understanding.
